Educational Qualification :  A degree in Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science (Mathematics/Statistics) or Bachelor of Arts (Statistics/Economics/Mathematics) obtained from any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Legislature in India or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government.

Sub Accountant/Sub Auditor : પ્રથમ પાંચ વર્ષ માટે રૂા.26,000/- પ્રતિમાસ ફિકસ પગારથી નિમણુંક અપાશે 
Accountant, Auditor, Sub Treasury Officer, Superintendent : પ્રથમ પાંચ વર્ષ માટે રૂા.49,600/- પ્રતિમાસ ફિકસ પગારથી નિમણુંક અપાશે

Age Limit : 
Minimum Age Limit : 20 Years
Maximum Age limit : 35 Years

Relaxation in upper age limit shall be as follows:
- સામાન્ય કેટેગરીના મહિલા ઉમેદવારોને : 5 વર્ષ (મહત્તમ 45 વર્ષ ની મર્યાદામાં)
- અનામત કેટેગરીના પુરૂષ ઉમેદવારોને : 5 વર્ષ (મહત્તમ 45 વર્ષ ની મર્યાદામાં)
- અનામત કેટેગરીના મહિલા ઉમેદવારોને (5+5=10) 10 વર્ષ (મહત્તમ 45 વર્ષ ની મર્યાદામાં)
- માજી સૈનિક ઉમેદવારો : ઉપલી વયમર્યાદામાં તેઓએ બજાવેલ ફરજનો સમયગાળો ઉપરાંત ત્રણ વર્ષ સુધીની છુટછાટ મળશે.
