Educational Qualification :  a Diploma in Civil Engineering obtained from Technical Examination Board or any of the Universities or Institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognised as such or declared as deemed to be a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; OR posses an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government:
Provided that the candidate holding Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering shall not be eligible to apply.”

Pay Scale : Monthly Fixed Salary 49,600/- for 5 Years

Age Limit : 
Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
Maximum Age limit: 33 Years

Relaxation in upper age limit shall be as follows:

• - સામાન્ય કેટેગરીના મહિલા ઉમેદવારોને : 5 વર્ષ (મહત્તમ 45 વર્ષ ની મર્યાદામાં)
• - અનામત કેટેગરીના પુરૂષ ઉમેદવારોને : 5 વર્ષ (મહત્તમ 45 વર્ષ ની મર્યાદામાં)
• - અનામત કેટેગરીના મહિલા ઉમેદવારોને (5+5=10) 10 વર્ષ (મહત્તમ 45 વર્ષ ની મર્યાદામાં)
• - માજી સૈનિક ઉમેદવારો : ઉપલી વયમર્યાદામાં તેઓએ બજાવેલ ફરજનો સમયગાળો ઉપરાંત ત્રણ વર્ષ સુધીની છુટછાટ મળશે.

• - Rs.400/- : અનામત વર્ગ (તમામ કેટેગરીની મહિલા, સા.શૈ.૫.વર્ગ, અનુસુચિત જાતિ, અનુસુચિત જન જાતિ, આ.ન.વર્ગ, દિવ્યાંગ અને એક્સ સર્વિસમેન ઉમેદવારો)
